Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive a full exhibitor kit including technical guidelines, marketing material templates, booth layout information, and deadlines for delivering required documents (e.g., logo, company description).

How is booth logistics handled?

Accepted Answer

Booth set-up and basic logistics (furniture, electricity, Wi-Fi) are coordinated by Skinobs and the event organizer. The booth design and branding is also coordinated by Skinobs. 
You only need to bring your promotional materials and team members.

Will Skinobs promote my participation before the event?

Absolutely! Skinobs will promote all participating laboratories through newsletters, LinkedIn campaigns, article on the Cosmetics Testing News and press releases leading up to the show. Be sure to send us your latest news and innovations!

When should I arrive at the event?

We recommend arriving right before the event opening for a booth briefing, setting up your materials, and meeting your fellow co-exhibitors. Detailed schedules will be shared closer to the date.
